Design fee on a first-of-plan build
Every ADU project follows the same five steps, in the same order, so you always know what happens next and who is responsible for it.
Start with your propertyWe analyze your parcel — lot size, zoning, setbacks, existing footprint. You see exactly what fits before any money changes hands.
Browse the catalog filtered to your lot. Choose your floor plan, aesthetic style, and finish grade. Get a real budget range, not a vague estimate.
Addwell produces permit-ready drawings and navigates the city process. You're not chasing inspectors or explaining what an ADU is.
A fixed price plus design fees on every proven plan (the first build of a plan is cost-plus, with the design free). The specification is settled before we break ground, so what gets framed is what you approved. You get weekly progress updates, not a mystery box.
Full documentation, warranty manual, and a walkthrough. Your ADU is ready to rent, house family, or use however you planned.
Some of our pre-designed plans, each shown in one of five architectural styles.
Every plan is available at three finish grades. The structure and layout are the same — finishes, fixtures, and details change.
Good
Functional, clean, rental-optimized. Durable materials chosen for tenancy.
Great
Elevated finishes and fixtures. Right for owner-occupied or premium rental.
Premium
Architect-grade materials. For aging-in-place, multigenerational, or high-value markets.
Custom details available at this grade.
Pricing available once you select a plan. All grades carry the same structural and mechanical specification.
Find your Front Range property, see if an ADU fits, and get a budget range — then talk to one team that designs, engineers, permits, and builds it, start to finish.
