Colorado Front Range · ADU delivery

Colorado changed the law.
See what fits your lot.

Colorado's HB24-1152 opened the door to accessory dwelling units by right across most Front Range residential lots — Longmont first among them. See whether one fits your property and what it would cost, in about a minute.

Design fee on a first-of-plan build

Design. Permit.
Build. Done.

Every ADU project follows the same five steps, in the same order, so you always know what happens next and who is responsible for it.

Start with your property
01

Property analysis

We analyze your parcel — lot size, zoning, setbacks, existing footprint. You see exactly what fits before any money changes hands.

02

Plan selection

Browse the catalog filtered to your lot. Choose your floor plan, aesthetic style, and finish grade. Get a real budget range, not a vague estimate.

03

Design + permitting

Addwell produces permit-ready drawings and navigates the city process. You're not chasing inspectors or explaining what an ADU is.

04

Construction

A fixed price plus design fees on every proven plan (the first build of a plan is cost-plus, with the design free). The specification is settled before we break ground, so what gets framed is what you approved. You get weekly progress updates, not a mystery box.

05

Closeout + handoff

Full documentation, warranty manual, and a walkthrough. Your ADU is ready to rent, house family, or use however you planned.
